The Momentum Challenge: Let’s get this ball rolling!

So I signed up to be part of the momentum challenge that’s being put on by Jonathan Mead and Dustin Lee.

You can find the momentum challenge website and more details at momentumchallenge.net.

Ae you ready to cut the time you’re wasting and really work on something you care about? I know that I am. We will see where this goes.

The first day’s post was to think about what you would do if you were to die next year. What sort of gift for the world would you want to leave?

I know that mine goes far deeper than just a music album, or a WordPress theme, or a calculator app. I want more people to embrace their creativity and be empowered to make their ideas a reality. I’ve said this over and over, on this blog, on twitter and on facebook: nothing will be changed until you let your idea see the world. Whether your idea is a sure-thing or a longshot, if your idea stays an idea, nothing changes. Think on that. Perhaps join me and many others over the next few weeks as we try to get momentum on some projects that really matter to us!

This was my tweet and picture for my submission towards the momentum challenge today:

In the summer of 2012, I had a month long productivity challenge called Hustle Month, so it’s no surprise that I would do something like this. Actually, I’ve been playing around with some ideas to make hustle month into an every month reality. If you’re interested, I’m pretty sure there’s an email subscription on that website!
